Sold !!! 34' 1978 Irwin Sailboat Sorry too late
I have owned and sailed this boat since June, 1991. During my ownership, I've sailed her the entire East coast of the United States (4 times), Keys, Bahamas and followed the island chain south to Eleuthera and the Allan Keys. The past few years has been spent on the west coast of Florida. She is now in Tarpon Springs. She is truly a "Blue Water Sailboat" Here is a brief description of the boat;
Built in 1978, Large aft cockpit, setup for blue water cruising. Roller furling,150 Genoa. Spinnaker, new fully batten main, Lazy Jacks, new sail covers, new Bimini and Dodger, 2QM15 Yanmar Diesel engine rebuilt last year. Raytheon GPS 760, 16 mile radar Raytheon R10X, new Autopilot, Sea Ranger VHS, EPERB class 'C', Colman Generator 400 watts, 2-40 lb. anchors, one 30 lb QCR, 4-man life raft with automatic release, 2-D batteries, 2-Deep cycle batteries, Mast and rigging only 7 years old and set up for storm sails, Davits, 10'-3" inflatable dingy with 4hp Yamaha outboard with very low hours, 3-burner propane stove with oven and broiler, microwave, 7-cf refrigerator, BBQ grill, 80 gal water tank, 30 gal fuel tank, 30 gal. holding tank and more. I think you get the idea. It's not factory fresh, after all she's got more then 50,000 nautical miles in her wake.

Why am I selling ? It's time to pass her on to a new home, since moving to the Tampa area I just haven't had the time to devote to her , life is just too busy so time to move on. No regrets, it's been a fun boat to sail and travel on.
The asking price is $20,000.00 or best offer as of Dec. 15 ,2009. Either way, on Dec 15th I will sign her over to who-ever the new owner will be. Could be you.
